KU Resources is pleased to announce the hiring of the following employees:     Celeste Smithbower -------------------------------------   Ms. Smithbower joined KU Resources as a Receptionist who will also be providing administrative support. She has prior experience with receptionist duties, office management, customer service, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.     Grant Kitterman -------------------------------------   Mr. Kitterman joined KU Resources as a Designer/Draftsperson with 9 years of experience in CADD design. He is skilled in subdivision design; creating plans, profiles, and contour maps; preparing earthwork volume reports for design and bid packages; and sanitary sewer and stormwater management design. Additionally, Mr. Kitterman is experienced in site management, construction layout, highway design, and as-built drawings.      Kate Miller -------------------------------------   Ms. Miller joined KU Resources as a Human Resources Coordinator. She has a Bachelors Degree in Technical Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management and brings with her nearly two years of experience. Ms. Miller will be responsible for legal compliance, benefits, company growth, and employee support, growth, and satisfaction.     Mark Patrick -------------------------------------   Mr. Patrick joined KU Resources as an Economic Development Manager. He has more than 29 years of experience in economic/community development. Mr. Patrick is experienced in contract administration, project management, business development, resource development and management, and site development and redevelopment.   With the addition of Mr. Patrick to the staff, KU Resources now has the capabilities to offer the following services to its clients: economic development consulting and advisory services, strategic planning, marketing assistance, public process facilitation, and resource development and administration.
