The Principals, David R. Kerschner, CPG and Mark R. Urbassik, PE, JD, RBP, each have considerable experience in the environmental management and environmental consulting fields. As former clients themselves, the Principals had experienced the results of high overhead structures and low levels of personalized service inherent with larger consulting firms. Due to this experience, the Principals decided to focus on hiring key individuals and reduce overhead to provide a competitive cost structure to their clients.
