Administrative Assistant

KU Resources, Inc., a growing environmental management and site engineering firm, is seeking a full-time administrative assistant. The position would be responsible for answering phones, filing, handling the mail and other administrative duties. The company is interested in candidates who have the ability to multi-task, are able to work well with others, have strong verbal and written communication skills, and the necessary computer-related experience to perform the required job functions. We offer a competitive compensation package, including medical coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Engineer

KU Resources, Inc., a growing environmental management, site development, and municipal engineering firm, is seeking an engineer with a minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree for our Pittsburgh area office. Background in Geotech or Structural is ideal but not required. Engineer-in-Training qualification is strongly preferred. We are looking for an energetic individual to prepare design calculations, plan and scope geotechnical investigations, drawings, and reports as well as perform field work encompassing supervision of drilling operations, environmental sampling, and construction oversight for projects. Availability for short to medium length out-of-town field assignments is required. The company is interested in entry-level to 4 years of experience, candidates with good verbal and written communication skills, and the desire and ability to undertake a wide variety of tasks. Experience with AutoCAD is desired, but this is not a prerequisite for employment. Experience with geotechnical software such as SLIDE 6.0, PC STABLE, G STABLE, and retaining wall design software is preferred. CAD Technician/Designer

KU Resources, Inc. is seeking an entry-level CAD Technician/Designer who is interested in a challenging position. We are looking for energetic individuals ready to take the next step in their careers at an innovative and solutions-oriented local firm. Experience with AutoCAD is required. Knowledge of Civil 3D and Carlson programs are a plus. Land development experience is also a plus. We offer a competitive compensation package, including medical coverage and a 401(k) plan.
